Even during the renovation we had a great stay. Service ist wonderful. Ms Rukhsana was amazing. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. I never had fresh hash browns patties at a hotel. The pool is great. We love IHG. Same service anywhere

Ahmed was vreat and everyone was very accommodating. We had to leave before breakfast was to be served and they allowed is to help ourselves. Made our day much easier and saved time. Everything was perfectly clean!

This was a quiet, cozy hotel, and though in the middle of renovations, still kept their service level high. Uma, the manager, was wonderful and kind and so pleasant to talk to. Huma did a wonderful job keeping the breakfast bar fully stocked with hot food. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with comfy mattresses and pillows. Every request was handled expeditiously and with great care. When I had a request about the bill, Ahmed was able to handle it with ease and knowledge. This was a great experience coming into town for my nephew's graduation, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying here! I would definitely stay again when coming into town and need a hotel.

We came down to this hotel after canceling a prior reservation at The Hampton up the road, due to unclean rooms (we tried 2 of them). The front staff at this Holiday Inn was outstanding! It was a woman and a man working (2/24, around 4:15pm). They were the nicest people. Check in was a breeze and we were put in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was spacious, comfy, and (most importantly) clean. There are still renovations going on, but that didn’t phase us. We had to check out a day early and another front desk woman helped with that. This was such a hassle free stay, that was very much appreciated. Everyone we crossed paths with, from housekeeping, maintenance, to the construction workers….were all very friendly. We’ll definitely stay here if we’re ever in the area again.

Nice clean hotel with soft beds! Friendly staff, close to alot of stores, shopping centers and restaurants. Great for families with kids!

This meets expectations of staying at a HIE. Prompt check in. Clean entry and room. Nice pool area. Relatively quiet location. This location is better suited to business class and related types of lodging for local services very close by. Two dining options next door.

Excellent customer service!! Room was nice and clean. Bed+pillows were sooo comfortable!!!! Breakfast was hot and a good variety of food. We don't eat pork so we loved it that they had a turkey sausage option. Breakfast staff was making sure everything was hot and area was clean. I thanked them for their good service. Uma at the front desk for check out was amazing!!!! So friendly and she talked with my kids. Even offered them a snack to go for the long drive home. We will definitely stay at this location again if in this area. Thank you Uma!

We have been staying here kind of frequently as it is close to our kids when we are in town. The new owners or managers, whichever it is, have really made this place a lot nicer. The rooms are great with the new furniture and the showers are fantastic. Everyone I have spoken with from the cleaning staff, the staff making the breakfast to everyone at the front desk, everyone is so nice and friendly. The breakfast, which we take advantage of every time we stay, is very good. There are options for hot and cold food. We have not used the indoor pool yet but we will come prepared next time. I never worry about my vehicles outside either, everywhere is very well lit. It is close to food, sit down or fast food and a grocery store and gas station.
